A provençal potter’s daubière, hand-turned in refractory clay in the traditional form : a bulging body to cook a family or friend party. A hollow lid to accomodate a little water which by cooling the vapors inside will preserve and focus the flavors throughout the baking.

The small Daubière (15cm) contains about 2 liters, it is suitable for 4 to 6 people.
The average Daubière (18 cm) contains about 3 liters, it is suitable for 6 to 8 people.
The big Daubière (21 cm) contains about 5 liters, it is suitable for 8 to 12 people.
